Costs & Payments Monitoring is a module of Financial Planning & Analysis subsystem integrated with Bank 21 Century BAS allowing:

to establish a link with Bank 21 Century BAS in order to monitor payments;
to check funds availability for the monitored payments;
to form primary and consolidated orders for expenses from the divisions;
to check and reserve funds for expenses from the divisions;
to create an economic contract in Economic Contracts subsystem in order to perform allowed housekeeping expenses.
